Middle School Update 10/24/25
Good afternoon parents, students, and staff of Winslow Township Middle School. This is Mr. Pease, the Interim Superintendent. I would like to provide you with an update. First, I would like to thank all of our parents, students, and staff for their patience and cooperation during this challenging time. Everyone is eager to get back to school and I am pushing our contractor to get this work done as quickly as possible. Our vendor hired to complete this work is named All Risk Property Damage Experts who specialize in serving New Jerseys K-12 schools. We have completed phase one, extracting all standing water and fully drying the structure to industry standards. We're now preparing to enter the next phase of the project, demolition, installation, and repairs. This work will include drywall and insulation repairs, painting, floor replacement, and gym floor reconstruction. The anticipated project timeline is 11 weeks. I will continue to assess the progress of this work and determine if we can reduce this timeline. However, this timeline could change based on unforeseen issues or conditions, which is common when dealing with older buildings or any construction projects.
